Landlord arrangement fees

You’re always welcome to arrange your own contractors to attend to issues in your house when renting through Placefinders however, we realise it can be a hassle to be liaising back and forth with contractors. We aim to make it simpler for you as our landlord by charging you a fee that covers our arranging the job on your behalf. We don’t charge the usual % of rent fees like most estate agents, because we don’t think it’s fair to charge you if nothing is broken and you’ll only pay one arrangement fee per job, even if multiple contractors are required.

Our current arrangement fee is £50 per job.
